​Annual Title 1 Meeting

All Graves Elementary parents are invited to our Annual Title 1 Parent Meeting.

When: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M 
Who: Parents of ALL students in grades Pre-K to fifth (K-5)  
What:  

• Learn about the Title I program at Graves Elementary School. 
• Learn how this program will benefit you and your child 

• Learn about the opportunities you have as a parent to be involved in your child’s education. 

Where: Virtual (via Microsoft Teams.) 

IMPORTANT: Please download the Microsoft Teams app to your phone or tablet in advance (as it is necessary to access the meeting), so you will be able to connect the day of the meeting. 

This app will also be used in the future to host other school related virtual meetings.

How to Download Microsoft Teams
To join the meeting, you’ll need to install the Microsoft Teams app on your phone or tablet. Follow the steps below based on your device:

For iPhone or iPad (Apple Devices):

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap the Search icon and type Microsoft Teams.
3. Tap Get next to the Microsoft Teams app.
4. Once installed, you are ready to go! Clicking on the meeting link provided will prompt you to sign in as a guest.

 

For Android Phones or Tablets:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the Search bar and type Microsoft Teams.
3. Tap Install next to the Microsoft Teams app.
4. Once installed, you are ready to go! Clicking on the meeting link provided will prompt you to sign in as a guest.

 

How to Access the Title 1 Teams Meeting
On the Wednesday, September 10th at 5:30 P.M click the correct link (English/Spanish) to access.
